Hi people.
Maybe this is my first post on this list. Im working on a new backup
system running bacula on freebsd 5.4. Right now my clients are win2k3,
NT4 and 1 RedHat9, the backup device is the HD.
Before i was using one tape drive HP Suresore Ultrium 230 with Veritas
Backup Exec on NT4, i was testing the tape drive with freebsd, but all
the bacula test fail.
I check the tape drive with the HP Tools they give you in the site
support and found problems on the device. I send to HP support the
drive, but they say that my drive is no longer support and they offer
me a new one(very strange isnt:-? ):
HP Storageworks Ultrium 232
But before we(well my company) buy this one i want to know is someone
here have some experinced with this tape drive, just to be safe and
know that i can run bacula + freebsd.
I want to test with freebsd 5.4 and 6.0.
Thanks all for your time.
Sorry for my english, im from Tijuana, some miles from San Diego :-).
