[SDBUG] OpenBSD's "spamd" usable on FreeBSD?

We tried it at an ISP and it did work as advertised, but
was not acceptable.

It is great for a private mail server, but an ISP will
receive more complaints from his customers because they
want their e-mail immediately. Some mail servers may
not try again for an hour or more such as AOL.

Also, several implementations of mail services on MS
Windows would not try again later and just declare that
the e-mail was undeliverable. It may not be according
to the SMTP standards, but since when did Microsoft care
about standards.
