[SDBUG] OpenBSD - can't ifconfig faith0 interface?

Progressing nicely on my firewall config. However, I was working
with IPv6 this evening, trying to setup faithd to handle internal v6
Internet traffic. There are man pages in OpenBSD 4.0 (stable) for
both faithd and the faith interface, which say to just ifconfig
create the interface. However, that doesn't work, and running
ifconfig -C doesn't show that it knows about the faith pseudo-device
type. Potentially related is that the net.inet6.ip6.keepfaith sysctl
didn't exist in /etc/sysctl.conf, though when I added and enabled it
the reporting on it works ok.
Didn't find anything helpful on google or in the OpenBSD FAQ. Is
this something I'll have to compile special kernel support for? It
seems odd that the man page would say it's built in already...
