[SDBUG] Can anyone recommend a Linux mailing list ?

All,
         Can anyone recommend a general Linux mailing list that is 
on-topic, and the signal to noise ratio is decent ? I am looking for 
a Linux professionals list.

         Perhaps someone on this list may know of one that is like 
what I looking for ?
