[SDBUG] EMail hosting suggestions?

I have a domain, and currently have my EMail with Cox Business. They are 
raising their rates, and their business grade service just isn't worth it 
for me anymore (I'm not sure if it's been worth it, but then they changed 
their rates...).

So does anyone have suggestions for EMail and maybe web hosting? My needs 
are:

1) 5 to 10 email addresses in my domain with from 100 MB to 1 GB mailbox.
2) IMAP or POP, IMAP prefered
3) Some form of webmail would be nice.
4) (Very important!) Professional service. My spouse and other family
members will use these accounts, and so if something goes wrong, someone
needs to fix the problem. Or else I have domestic disharmony. :-)
